Where We Ship
Mars Men ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany and Australia. International orders are delivered through our logistics partner, OpenBorder, Inc.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $7.00 USD on orders under $119.00 USD and free on orders of $119.00 USD or more. The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
For orders outside the US, a duties and import fee of 2% of the subtotal is added at checkout, so there are no surprise charges on delivery. Local sales tax or VAT is shown before payment.
Processing and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.
- United States: 3–6 business days standard, 1–3 business days express
- Canada, United Kingdom, Germany: 6–10 business days
- Australia: 8–14 business days
Delivery times are carrier estimates and may be affected by customs, weather or other delays.
Address Changes
All orders are one-time purchases. To change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible — we can update it until your order ships.
Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package after 5 business days, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
