Refund policy
90-Day Guarantee
Mars Men offers a 90-day guarantee on your first qualifying order, so you have time to use the product as directed and decide if it works for you.
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You request it within 90 days of your first qualifying order.
- The product was used as directed.
- You provide the information reasonably needed to confirm eligibility.
The guarantee does not cover repeat orders, duplicate purchases or orders placed after the first qualifying order. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
Refund Processing Fee
A $7 processing fee is deducted from approved guarantee refunds. The fee is waived for errors caused by Mars Men (wrong item, duplicate shipment, address or order handling errors), carrier-confirmed shipping issues, defective, damaged or misdescribed products, or where the law requires a full refund.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can make it right.
How Refunds Are Paid
We will let you know whether your request is approved and whether a return is required. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may need extra time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email us at liftoff@mengotomars.com.
